If you are unable to select your country or region during checkout, it means we do not currently offer delivery to that location.

Total Cost

Tracking Number

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be updated within 24 hours, and you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can also log into your account or contact us for updates on your shipment.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders and ship to multiple addresses. If you'd like items sent to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address

Ensure Safe Delivery

Please include the company name if you're requesting delivery to a business address. Additionally, ensure the delivery address is secure and that your parcel cannot be intercepted.

Any shipments returned to sender due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address will incur return shipping charges. Jiaing Wear is not responsible for these return-to-sender fees. To avoid this, please double check that all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are unable to track your package using the provided tracking number, please contact the courier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

We understand that sometimes an item may not fit as expected or isn’t to your liking, and you may wish to return or exchange it. However, this shop is exclusively for sample purchases. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the case of quality issues.
And the after-sales service period is 15 calendar days from the date of package delivery. After this period, we will no longer provide after-sales support. Additionally, once a product has been shipped, order cancellations are not possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds Policy
